Registration and Fees

The Roy Youth Summer Program runs nine weeks from June 12th to August 11th of 2017. The Summer Program is designed to reduce the effects of summer learning loss by engaging youth in academically-enriched activities. The hours of the Roy Youth Summer Program are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Registration opens April 17th at 3:00 p.m. for Current Members, April 19th for Past Members and April 20th for all New Members. Sunrise Program:
7:00-8:00 am
Cost: $60
Maximum of 30 kids can be enrolled in this program. The Sunrise Program is first come first serve on Registration.

5:00-6:00 pm

Maximum of 30 kids can be enrolled in this program. The Sunset Program is first come first serve on Registration.

Odyssey Elementary Summer Program

The Odyssey Elementary Summer Program runs seven weeks from June 5th to July 21st of 2017. The Summer Program is designed to reduce the effects of summer learning loss by engaging youth in academically-enriched activities. The hours of the Odyssey Elementary Summer Program are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Registration opens April 17th at 3pm for Current Members, April 19th for Past Members and April 20th for all New Members. Registration will remain open until all slots are filled. Please Note: Odyssey Elementary Summer Youth Registration priority and pricing are only reserved for Youth residing in Ogden City. Residents from the surrounding areas can still register to participate in the Odyssey Elementary Summer Program. Ogden Teen Summer Program

The Ogden Teen Summer Program runs nine weeks from June 12th to August 11th of 2017. Public registration opens April 17th at 3pm for Current Members, April 19th for Past Members and April 20th for all New Members. Registration will remain open until all slots are filled. General Information

The Roy Youth Club was founded in the Spring of 2010 in partnership with Roy City and Weber County RAMP as part of the Roy Hope Community Center. The Hope Center is located adjacent to the Roy City Administration Building and Fire Department, and is frequented by police officers, fire fighters, and community leaders. The Roy Youth Club serves approximately 300 youth per year from surrounding Weber School District elementary schools. Programming at the Roy Youth Club is focused on academic enrichment, character building, and the development of 21st Century Skills, and is made possible though our partnerships with other community non-profit organizations and government agencies. Roy Youth Afterschool Program

The Roy Youth Afterschool Program operates from August to May each year. The program serves 120 youth per day from Weber School District Elementary Schools. Registration for the Afterschool Program begins at the end of each July. For information about registration and pricing, click on the “Registration & Fees” tab at the left of this page.

Afterschool Program

REGISTRATION: Registration for the Roy Youth Club will be on Saturday, July 30 at our Roy Facility (5051 S 1900 W, Roy, UT 84067). Times are as follows: 9:00 AM: Current (Summer) members 10:00 AM: Former Members 11:00 AM: Public Please arrive during your assigned time slot. To save time, bring one completed registration packet per child. Program fees are detailed on the font page of the registration packet. First-month’s fees are due at registration (no exceptions). Reduced price registration is available for those who qualify for Free or Reduced Lunch. For the most up-to-date registration information, visit our Facebook page.

PRICING: $60 per youth per month. Tiered/discounted pricing and scholarships are available (see below).

Tiered/Discounted Pricing & Scholarships

We strive to serve all children and families, regardless of income. Elementary youth who qualify for Free or Reduced Lunch through the National School Lunch Program are eligible to receive Tier 2 (66%, must qualify for Reduced Lunch) or Tier 3 (33%, must qualify for Free Lunch) pricing. Tiered and reduced pricing are not available for teen programs. Reduced pricing will be made available upon receipt of the Utah Household Application for Free and Reduced-Price Meals during program registration. Full scholarships may be available to individuals in need and may be requested in writing through the Director of Operations. Proof of income will be required. Discounted pricing and scholarships are limited, and are distributed on a first-come, first serve basis.
